  Tom Snook Secretary of Chapter 1061 in Harrisonburg Virginia was presented a plaque at the VVA National meeting for the fast growing Chapter for 2017.     Tom accepted the Plaque with Honors at the VVA National meeting while representing Chapter 1061 on up-coming new business for all Vietnam Veterans.
